Compré una válvula de olla y me la enviaron sin muelle, me puse en contacto con ellos para ver si llevaba muelle o no y me dijeron que si llevaba.
Entonces fué cuando me volvieron a mandar otra válvula, esta vez, ellos mismos comprobaron si llevaba muelle antes de enviarla, remediarlo el problema a 0 costes.
